Artikel tentang E-Commerce

Layanan e-commerce sangat membantu pengusaha di era digital saat ini. Lewat layanan tersebut, kemudahan di sisi pelanggan dan penjual bisa dinikmati. Transaksi bisa dilakukan instan di depan komputer bahkan ponsel dengan mobile payment yang tersedia saat ini.

Tapi, untuk mulai e-commerce, perlu langkah strategis agar tak menjadi masalah bahkan berpotensi merugi pada akhirnya. Salah satunya adalah soal pajak. Sepintas, melakukan bisnis kecil tanpa badan hukum mungkin menguntungkan karena tak dikenai pajak. Namun, kalau ditelisik sebenarnya pajak malah ditanggung sendirian.

Aidil Akbar Madjid dari Akbar's Financial Check Up mengatakan, jika pelaku e-commerce tak berbadan hukum, seluruh jumlah uang yang diterima akan dikenai pajak dan ditanggung pribadi. Sementara, jika berbadan hukum, maka jumlah yang dikenakan pajak hanya keuntungan yang didapatkan dari penjualan. Di sisi ini, jelas bahwa jumlah pajak yang akan ditanggung lebih besar jika tak berbadan hukum.

"Kalau teman-teman punya bisnis tapi enggak mau nanggung pajaknya sendiri, maka sebaiknya berbadan hukum. Kalau enggak, maka sejumlah harga barang yang masuk ke rekening kita, itu yang kena pajak. Kalau dibuat berbadan hukum maka bisa dipisah karena pasti kita ada modal, sewa gedung dan sebagainya. maka ga semua kena pajak," jelas Aidil dalam #StartUpLokal Meetup v.11 di Jakarta, Kamis (3/3/2011).

Memang, penyedia layanan e-commerce belum semua mensyaratkan sebuah perusahaan berbadan hukum untuk bisa menggunakannya. Berdasarkan UU Pajak saat ini, perusahaan dengan nilai transaksi lebih dari Rp 600 juta per tahun adalah perusahaan kena pajak.

Direct Speech / Quoted Speech & Indirect Speech / Reported Speech

a.  Direct Speech / Quoted Speech : The sentence which rewrite from person's say and uses quotation mark "...".For example : Rival said,”I love this movie !” Or “I like the part when Del Piero scores from a free kick”, said Yunan.

b.  Indirect Speech/Reported Speech : The sentence which report the person’s say to other people and the sentence is not use quotation marks "...". For example : Rival said that he like that movie, or Yunan said that he like the part when Del Piero scores from a free kick.

From the example above, to change direct speech to indirect speech, we must follow the grammar, modal etc.

What will I do for the next 5 years?

            Soon after I graduate from college, I really want to work in the department or goverment's institution. Or else, work in travel agency, for a reason: because I love traveling and I want to do what I really love.
            And of course, marriage is including in my long-term planning at least for next 5 years, if only I'd already have my soulmate definitely. :D
